Harvest Eating has a Quick Recipe - 15 Minutes, section as well as Vegetables. It features online videos of preparation by chef Keith Snow.
The Seasonal Chef has recipes and food preservation instructions to help folks use more locally-grown, seasonally fresh food.
Epicurius provides recipes as well as instructional videos for techniques preparing meats and produce.
