Those who have been reading this blog a while may find this post familiar. It is an annual event. The water is turned on in the garage!!! Hot and cold!!! This means the scale, egg cartons, labels, eggs to be sorted, etc move off the kitchen counter to the long stainless steel sink/counter in the garage. When I package vegetable orders this week, the assorted “things” (bags, labels, lists of who gets what) won’t be on the kitchen counter and the grocery bags of assembling orders won’t be spread around the kitchen floor. Washing and spin drying the salad will be in the garage instead of in the utility room and kitchen.
I have a lot of cleaning and organizing to do out in the garage to get tables lined up conveniently for working, but still, Oh Happy Day!
