Fried squash blossoms

Maybe sauteed squash blossoms sound better? Saw a surplus of really nice male squash blossoms at the edge of the winter squash field this evening, so just had my first stuffed squash blossoms of the season.

Stuffed some with chevre, some with Parmesan, dipped in egg and flour, then sauteed in olive oil. Yummm.  10 p.m., but a light enough supper to easily go to bed after.
