The Summer Farmstand

Open to the public – you don’t need to be a member

Route 9, one mile south of Bear Swamp Road

May – October

Monday – Saturday 10 – 6, frequently until dusk

Sunday 1 – 5

We open in May with lettuce and spring greens, and continue through Columbus Day, sometimes the end of October, depending on the weather. It is open 10 am – 6 pm, frequently earlier and frequently until dusk. But, it faces east so I like to let the sun get high enough that it doesn’t shine in and heat up the veggies and flowers inside, and we want the option of closing at 6 if we want to go somewhere. So, if you are in the area before 10 or after 6, swing by, but don’t make a special trip outside of the “regular” hours.

At the farmstand you may purchase our fresh, organically-grown vegetables (no chemical pesticides and GMOs), ready-to-cook chicken and duck that was fed certified organic/non-GMO feed and allowed to roam on fresh pasture and eggs from same, and fresh cut flowers.

The farmstand is honor system, but if we are in the field and you would like assistance or have questions, honk or flag us down. You may pay with cash, check, or from your phone – Square Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
